Designed for the most demanding injection molding systems, the ESTTHERM™ Hot Runner Temperature Controller TCS24 offers full control of up to twenty-four zones, ensuring uncompromising precision, uniform heating, and reliable long-term performance.

Equipped with a microprocessor PID controller featuring Auto Tuning (AT) and AI-based control, the TCS24 guarantees stable temperatures, optimized cycles, and maximum efficiency in complex hot runner applications. Its service-friendly modular design, CE certification, and the Maximum possible Power per Zone make it a high-performance solution for industrial environments with intensive requirements.

With Standard or HARTING Han® industrial connectors, the TCS24 integrates seamlessly into hot runner nozzles and manifolds and can be used for other thermotechnical systems that require exact thermal regulation.
