1. Delivery Service
All deliveries are handled by FedEx International Priority® and DHL Express Worldwide.
Economy services are currently not available.
2. Delivery Costs
There is no free delivery for international shipments. Costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the shipping address and country, according to the official FedEx/DHL price lists for LUPUS 1204.
3. Delivery Times
Average transit time: 1–3 business days depending on the destination country.
Customers receive a tracking number for real-time shipment monitoring.
4. Packaging and Safety
All products are shipped in original factory packaging, with additional protective materials if necessary. Special care is given to fragile or sensitive equipment.
5. Customs and Duties

Export customs clearance: Provided free of charge by the courier (FedEx/DHL) when ESTTHERM organizes the shipment.

If the customer chooses their own courier: All export clearance and forwarding costs are borne by the customer.

Import customs clearance and duties: Always borne by the customer in accordance with the official tariff of the customs authority in the destination country.
We strongly recommend customers check with their customs broker or freight forwarder for potential additional import charges before purchasing.
6. Delivery Location and Notifications
Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer. If the courier cannot reach the recipient, a notification is left, or re-delivery is arranged.
