PAYMENT METHODS

Secure payment methods for purchases at https://www.esttherm.com, compliant with Serbian law and EU PSD2/SEPA regulations.

1. Payment by Cards

Secure online card payments are provided via Raiffeisen Banka AD Beograd.
We accept the following cards:

  • Visa

  • MasterCard

  • Maestro

Card details are entered directly on the bank’s secure page and transmitted in encrypted form (SSL, PKI, 3D Secure).
ESTTHERM™ does not store or access card details.
Transactions are processed exclusively by Raiffeisen Banka AD Beograd.

2. Bank Transfer (Domestic & International – SEPA)

Bank transfer is the recommended payment method.
After order confirmation, you will receive payment instructions by email.

Payments can be made via:

  • e-banking

  • mobile banking app

  • bank or post office counter

Domestic payments (RSD):

International payments (EUR – SEPA transfers, when supported by your bank):

SEPA transfers are accepted in line with regulations of the National Bank of Serbia (NBS) and EU SEPA standards.
Your order will be processed once the payment is recorded.

3. Cash on Delivery

Not available for international shipments.

Conversion Statement

All payments on the www.esttherm.com website are processed in the official currency of the Republic of Serbia – Serbian Dinar (RSD).
If prices are displayed in a foreign currency, this is for informational purposes only.

If you use a payment card issued abroad, the amount will first be converted into dinars according to the official exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia. Your issuing bank or the card association (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro) will then convert this dinar amount into the currency of your account.

The cardholder will be charged in the account currency. As a result of these conversions, the final charged amount may differ from the amount displayed on the website.
