These Terms & Conditions regulate all online purchases on https://www.esttherm.com. They ensure compliance with EU consumer law, distance selling regulations, and GDPR data protection.

2. Legal Notice
Purchases made via https://www.esttherm.com are concluded as distance contracts under EU Directive 2011/83/EU. Contracts are stored electronically and concluded upon confirmation email.
3. Ordering Process
Customer selects product, fills in the order form, and confirms by clicking “Order.” An email confirmation is sent with price, delivery, and conditions.

5. Delivery
Delivery via courier service. Free delivery in Serbia. Estimated time: 1–7 working days for available items.
6. Right of Withdrawal
EU customers may withdraw within 14 days of receipt. Goods must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Refund within 14 days of notice.
7. Complaints & Claims
Complaints via email: info@esttherm.com or by post. Response within 8 days. Solutions: repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund.
8. Conformity & Exceptions
All goods covered by 2-year conformity guarantee (Directive 1999/44/EC, updated by Directive 2019/771). Exception: heating elements (coil, cartridge, ceramic) are considered consumables and excluded from standard guarantee.
9. Post-Warranty Service
After 2 years, costs of delivery & service are borne by the consumer. ESTTHERM assists with authorized service providers.
10. Alternative Dispute Resolution
Disputes may be settled via EU ODR platform (https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr). Prior complaint to the trader is mandatory.
11. Data Protection
Personal data is used only for order processing and stored in compliance with GDPR (Regulation 2016/679). See Privacy Policy.
12. User Obligations
Customer must provide accurate data and use webshop lawfully.
13. Amendments
ESTTHERM reserves the right to update Terms & Conditions. Changes apply from publication date.
