The unit features a microprocessor PID controller with Auto Tuning (AT) and AI-based intelligence, ensuring stable heating, consistent molding cycles, and optimized productivity. Thanks to its service-friendly modular design, CE certification, and the Maximum possible Power per Zone, the TCS8 provides safe, efficient, and long-term performance.

With Standard or HARTING Han® industrial connectors, the TCS8 integrates seamlessly into hot runner nozzles and manifolds and can regulate other thermotechnical systems requiring precise temperature control.
