ESTTHERM™ Cartridge Heaters provide a reliable and efficient heating solution for precision temperature control in demanding industrial applications.
Constructed from nickel-chrome steel with a finely ground cylindrical housing, these heaters deliver high surface watt density and uniform heat transfer.
Designed for use in injection molds, packaging machinery, vacuum systems, rubber and glass processing, and laboratory equipment, they operate safely at temperatures up to 500°C (700°C upon request). The gas-tight welded base ensures long-term durability and resistance to shock, vibration, and thermal stress.
Standard models feature a 1,000 mm nickel-plated lead wire with glass-silicone insulation for superior electrical and mechanical endurance. Available in diameters from Ø6 to Ø25 mm and customizable lengths starting from 50 mm, ESTTHERM™ heaters can be tailored to meet specific power and dimensional requirements.
Each unit undergoes strict quality control and complies with CE standards, guaranteeing safety, longevity, and thermal efficiency.
