Integrated with a built-in coil heater and Type J (FeCu-Ni) thermocouple, these nozzles deliver significant energy savings while maintaining precise temperature control.
Designed for use in plastic injection molds, they meet the rigorous demands of the plastic processing industry. The nozzle tips are crafted from Beryllium Copper (BeCu), ensuring durability and enhanced heat transfer.
Ideal for molding a wide range of plastics, including polypropylene, polyethylene, polystyrene, and acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS). Please note that the use of abrasive materials is not recommended to maintain peak performance and extend product lifespan.
